Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the Media Day website and event, run by Influential Leader Agency, LLC ("ILA"), a Kentucky entity. By buying a ticket or using this site, you agree to them.

Tickets

• Each ticket admits one person and is held personally for you.
• Because seats, the VIP dinner and the cocktail hour are reserved per person, tickets are non-refundable. If something comes up, reach out and we'll gladly talk through your options, such as transferring your seat to a colleague with notice.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Event changes

We may adjust the schedule, speakers or venues when needed. If ILA cancels Media Day entirely, we will offer a refund or credit toward a future event.

At the event

• We ask every guest to treat others with respect. We may ask anyone who disrupts the event to leave.
• The event may be photographed and filmed, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Guests must be 21 or older to be served alcohol at the cocktail hour.

Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to enjoy Media Day and this website. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards in line with the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you need an accommodation at the event, or have trouble using any part of this site, email info@briellecotterman.com and we'll help.

Content

All content on this site, including text, logos and design, belongs to ILA or its partners. Please don't reuse it without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, ILA is not liable for indirect or incidental losses connected to the event or this site, and our total liability is limited to the price of your ticket.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.
